Thursday Night BBQ With Savvy Ranch Catering

Tonight we had the pleasure of welcoming our new Thursday night BBQ partners; Savvy Ranch Catering!  The good people at Savvy Ranch served up some DELICIOUS short ribs, tri tip steak sandwiches and pulled chicken sandwiches!

All three meats could be ordered individually, or as a plate with coleslaw and BBQ baked beans.

Savvy Ranch Catering is a family owned and operated local business run by Scott and Cindy Varnado.  Both Scott and Cindy come from a long line of chefs; Scott's family were southern chefs, while Cindy's family were chefs at Los Angeles' famous Farmers Market.  The BBQ sauce that they create and cook with is the same one invented by Scott's father, who used to make it fresh every day.
