Artisan Alley - May 8

What a night! Three featured performers; three musical open mics; a new featured artist; and a PACKED house! This week's Artisan Alley was another spectacular success!

The stylish trio know as "The Definition" kick off the show :)

So many community members came out to play, we needed THREE open mics to get them all up!  Here are a few of the folks who helped start the night off!

For the first of our three featured acts, a few members of a spectacular band called Tangent Transmission rocked the house! Check out their Facebook page (www.facebook.com/tangenttransmission) to follow all the latest news and hear more of their music!

Following Tangent Transmission, we opened the stage up to the community again and they showcased some fantastic talent!

The night also featured Artisan Alley's second featured artist; Chad Abbley! For the next two weeks, Chad's awesome collection of art will be available for viewing in the Conference Room. So swing by and check it out!

The night's second musical act, Jack Littman, put on a WILD performance! If you weren't here, you missed out! Definitely check out his Facebook (www.facebook.com/jacklittmanmusic) and make time to see him live!

With the Mac Attack (1/3rd of The Definition) manning the front, KING and Dollar headed into the Conference Room to meet with the artist and check out his work. Even Julie (aka: "Da Boss") found a free minute to view the pieces (she informed me that I was a dead man for taking the below photo of her!).

The night's third featured musical act, THA CUT, delivered an awesome performance! Click over to their Facebook page to hear more of their cool sound!

As the night was drawing to a close, the local talent helped wrap everything up with the night's third open mic!

Well, there you have it folks! If you haven't yet experienced Artisan Alley, DEFINITELY make it out to one of the upcoming shows! They take place every Thursday from 7 - 10 p.m. From all of us, to all of you, see ya soon! :)

Artisan Alley - March 1

Building off the interest from the inaugural Artisan Alley on February 23, the second show was another smashing success! The amazing Jeanine Strong was our featured singer and she delivered a spectacular, soulful performance! As we prepare tonight to showcase a new artist's works in the back room, join us for a look back at last week's fantastic show.

As always, KING introduced the night and got us started. :)

The community came out again and shared their talents with everyone!

Jeanine Strong delivered an AMAZING performance! If you have not heard her sing, definitely visit her website (http://jeaninestrong.bandcamp.com/) and experience her art!

The Coffee Gallery's owner, Julie "Da Boss" Sandoval, added to the festivities by sharing the exciting news that the cafe had paid the County for the permit that they were requiring us to pay; woohoo! To thank everyone for their ongoing support, she handed out special "CG mugs" to everyone. :)

Following the celebration, Jeanine Strong came back on stage and brought down the house!

Following Jeanine's performance, the night's second open mic took place...and even a member of The Definition (Artisan Alley's creators / organizers) got into the action!

And last, but NEVER least, The Definition closed out the night in true style! :)
